Imagine engineering your ideal senior living community.

Now imagine it even better.

Call it Arbor Oaks at Crestview in Bryan, Texas. First thing, you notice how free you feel without the chores, repairs and upkeep of a big house. How fun to wake up excited for each day, your calendar as full as you please with events and activities for body, mind and soul — and the A&M campus just minutes away. At dinner, the wait staff know you, the chef delivers another satisfying meal and friends invite you for cards, then a brisk walk before bed. You’ve never felt more fit — and the best part? If your retirement doesn’t go as planned, you know exactly where you’ll turn. And with Life Care, you know health care costs remain predictably stable, regardless of the skilled nursing, assisted living, memory support or rehabilitation you may need for the rest of your life. Better than ideal? That’s Arbor Oaks.

Take a taste of independent living at Arbor Oaks. You’re invited for a tour, a meal or even a night — but fair warning: you may be sorely tempted to stay.

In our own words

Life Care at Arbor Oaks: Health worries, solved.

Actually, Life Care — like you — is all about Independent Living. With an upfront entrance deposit (mostly refunded when you leave) and a monthly fee, you’re set for living the way you want: independently. If you need to move into Health Services, there’s a one-time adjustment (usually a slight increase) in your monthly fee, but otherwise, you’re set for whatever you need — Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Memory Support and Rehabilitation. You’ll already know the people providing those services — it’s us — and your fees remain the same. No worries, indeed.
