Compassion, comfort and community.
Long-term diagnoses call for long-term plans. Always, we’re ready. For well over 45 years, we’ve served seniors within the greater Bryan, Texas community — and more recently, Arbor Oaks residents. Medicare-rated at 5 of 5 stars, Crestview is one of the most respected choices for Long-term Skilled Nursing.
Ours is the place for genuine compassion. We’re the people who authentically comfort. And this is the community that uplifts and encourages.
We provide professional long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation, giving our independent living residents priority access. The public has access to our skilled nursing services, as available. We truly care about all our skilled nursing residents — no matter where they come from. - 24/7 nursing care
- Complete assistance with all ADLs (activities of daily living), e.g., ambulation, bathing, dressing, eating and grooming

The life-sustaining, spirit-lifting, family-like system of relationships — that’s what residents of our Long-Term Skilled Nursing find in the Crestview community. While the immediate goals are to maximize each resident’s physical, cognitive, emotional, social and spiritual health, the larger responsibility is to ensure each resident is enfolded in the community’s care — appreciated, respected and loved.
Long-term Skilled Nursing, for the care of acute illness.
Crestview Long-term Skilled Nursing is appropriate when services at home are already at capacity and it’s anticipated that 24/7 nursing from a team of experts will be required for weeks and months on end.
A Host of Volunteer Angels
Since 1970 when we opened Crestview, an organized group of volunteers has provided countless hours of special services and activities to enrich the lives of our residents, especially those less able to lead active and more fulfilling lives on their own. The generosity and tenderness of our volunteers, while unstinting, must not be an unsung. (If you would consider volunteering, please let us know.)
Whether your family needs help now or you’re working proactively, don’t hesitate to contact us today. To alleviate what could easily become an overwhelming home care burden, the solution is Crestview Short- or Long-term Skilled Nursing.
